Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unopened and unused products.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@puregain.ca with your order number.
Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
